Renovating in Israel? Have someone on site who works for you.
Independent renovation supervision and project management for homes, clinics and offices in Herzliya, Raanana, Kfar Shmaryahu and north Tel Aviv. I don't do the renovation — I make sure it's done right.

Why renovations here go sideways
Nobody checks the contractor
He sets the pace, judges his own quality, and decides what "included" means.
Everything happens on WhatsApp
Quotes, changes, approvals. Nothing is written down until there's a dispute.
You find out late
After the wall is closed, after the tiles are in, after the move-in date has passed.
Two ways to work with me
Owner's Rep (Supervision)
You already have a contractor.
I visit the site on a fixed schedule, check progress, quality and scope against what you agreed, and send you a photo report after every visit. You know exactly where things stand, in English, without being there.
Full Project Management
You don't have the time or the Hebrew to run it.
I run the renovation end to end: schedule and budget, contractor and supplier coordination, quality control, problem-solving, and a proper handover. One point of contact who speaks both languages — literally and culturally.

What this looks like in practice
A former bank branch turned into a dental clinic, built from the ground up, including demolition of the existing fit-out. I joined as the owners' supervisor and moved into full project management: schedule, supplier and trade coordination, quality control, and a clean handover to the clinic team.

How it works
A lovely person, professional and fair — and his work is clean to the point of perfectionism.
Who this is for
- Families mid-renovation who feel something isn't right.
- Business owners building a clinic, office or shop — where every week of delay costs money.
- Anyone about to sign with a contractor who wants a second pair of eyes on the quote first.
- Olim and expats who've learned that "three months" rarely means three months.
Not sure you need supervision?
Ten minutes on the phone will tell us both. No commitment.
