MR. PERFECTPROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ohad. Building since before I can remember.

I grew up on construction sites. I've worked in renovation and construction for 25 years, and learned early the difference between work that looks finished and work that is finished. That's still what I check for.

After years in the field I spent seven years in Atlanta, Georgia, managing renovation projects — single-family homes, apartments, and an entire row of townhomes — from planning through contractors to handover. That's where I learned what an American client expects from a project: a clear scope, a schedule people respect, and a heads-up before a problem — not after.

I came back to Israel in 2020 and opened Mr. Perfect in Herzliya. Clients quickly started asking for something else: not to fix things, but to come and look at what their contractor was doing. That's how I got into supervision — and from there into full project management, including building a dental clinic from scratch in Tel Aviv.

In the reserves I command a company. That means managing dozens of people, deadlines that don't move, and decisions under pressure. Renovation feels familiar.

I'm currently completing the Ministry of Labor's certified construction site manager course (Menahel Avoda) — the license Israeli law requires of whoever is responsible for a building site.

What you can expect from me

  • I answer. On WhatsApp, same day.
  • I tell you what I see, even when it's not what you want to hear.
  • I take no supplier commissions and never do the work I supervise.
  • I document everything. Photos, reports, summaries. If there's a dispute, there's a record.
